Second Week is Under Way...

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Today we practiced some of the routines we will follow during the day. It seems tedious, but the routines help to make the class run smoothly.

Parents - 2 classroom notes came home today. One is the "Home Letter" that goes along with the new Reading series. The other is the Math Study Link. The back page of this math note has answers to the Chapter 1 Study Links pages that your children might bring home for homework. You should hold onto it until we begin Chapter 2, at which time I will send the Chapter 2 note home for you.

Welcome to Fourth Grade

Welcome, welcome, welcome...
I am so excited to begin this new school year with you. Fourth grade has so many great themes and units. You are really going to enjoy yourself this year (and learn a lot too!).

Open House:
I enjoyed meeting so many family members at Open House last night. Thank you for taking the time to stop by and visit.
Also, a special thank you to the PTO for our Back-to-School BBQ.
